Arrangements.
Members will arrive from 11.45 onwards and use the bar. Lunch to commence at 12.15.
After lunch (approx 1.15) we will play bridge, and should be finished by 5 pm.
Tables. Square tables to sit four per table, arranged as near as possible in a ring (That's the way the game is played!). Paper tablecloths are acceptable.
Obviously we will need exclusive use of the restaurant.
Payment: Our treasurer Rod Watson will provide a cheque on the day.
